Editor Integrations

VS Code and Neovim/Vim plugins for .vsk files — syntax highlighting and the bundled LSP server, no build step.

`@vesk/lsp` ships as ready-made editor plugins so you don't have to wire up the server yourself. The Vesk VS Code extension bundles syntax highlighting, auto-closing tags and the LSP client/server in one `.vsix`; Neovim and Vim get a plugin with the bundled LSP server and filetype detection via the curl installer.

Download VS Code extension (.vsix) vesk-vscode-0.3.14.vsix — install by double-clicking in VS Code, or from a terminal:
terminal

										code --install-extension ./vesk-vscode-0.3.14.vsix

Neovim & Vim

The curl installer fetches the vesk extension and wires it up for Neovim (pack/start, built-in LSP client) or Vim (runtime files). Syntax highlighting, filetype detection and the LSP server are prebuilt, so nothing needs compiling on your machine.

terminal

										curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/emeraldlinks/veskTs/main/scripts/install.sh | bash

Set EDITOR=nvim or EDITOR=vim to pin the target, VESK_SETUP=0 to skip editing your editor config, and VESK_DIR to change the install prefix (default ~/.local/share/vesk).

Any LSP editor

The server talks standard LSP over stdio (`node <path-to-server> --stdio`), so Emacs (lsp-mode), Sublime Text, Helix and other LSP-capable editors can connect to it directly. The bundled server lives at `lsp-server/index.mjs` inside the VS Code extension or the Neovim plugin.
